CrossFit Norwest Easter Hours

The conclusion of The Open ties in nicely with our Easter break - use this as an opportunity to deload - rest and recover, reduce the volume of training and enjoy having a bit of a pig out before we return to normal classes on Tuesday.

Member of the Month March: Carolyn Norman

Congratulations to Carolyn for being voted our March member of the month. Carolyn has had a tough month with a back injury however this has not stopped her from training and being an integral part of our gym. Despite the disappointment of not being able to participate in The Open Carolyn has played a huge role in the organisation and assistance every single week. We are very lucky to have her!!!

Free CrossFit Session

Before you commit to anything your first step is the CrossFit Norwest Free Intro Session. The Free Intro Session is a privately scheduled PT session which runs for 60 minutes,  where you will run through basic CrossFit movements and skills, and perform a short workout or WOD. You will also have the chance to witness a regular class in action being run at the same time (without being thrown in the deep end!), and chat to our trainers about your own experience and goals. Regardless of your current fitness/strength level this class is essential before you start with us and Bookings are essential.

Dural Kids Fitness Program

This week is our final week of our Kids program for term 1, our final session will be Thursday 26th March and we will resume our Kids classes on Tuesday 21st April.
