Housekeeping: Protect our Gear!

Just in case you missed the post last week... Please treat our equipment with care! We realise things can occur however please take every effort to protect our gear, if something does break please tell a trainer immediately so it can be fixed or removed!! Broken equipment is extremely unsafe. Remember that empty bars and small plates are not to be dumped, neither are kettlebells and dumbells. We understand accidents happen and things break but PLEASE let us know.

Super Saturdays

Hands down the best day to get along to CFNW - kicking off with our stretch/mobility class at 7am, followed by 8am Team WODs, and followed by 9am competition squad. The improvement in our comp squad since Redbull has started specifically programming and leading this session has been insane!! Looking forward to seeing what upcoming comps bring!
