Wow!!! That's how I describe today's session! Give 100% today and you'll be gassed. Starts off easy but ramps up quite quickly!

The way it is run is-
Perform 1 pull up and 1 handstand push up in min 1.
Perform 2&2 on min 2 etc, etc

Break each set up as needed as long as you complete required reps in time frame.

When you fail at either exercise (handstand push ups likely) continue on with ONLY the other exercise until exhaustion!

Today in the closing rounds particularly immediately following minute 21 was the worst I've felt in a long while. High heart rate, lactic acid everywhere, biceps/forearms/ lats all screaming. It was actually surprising how high the heart rate got!

In the handstand pushups really concentrated on keeping everything tight, sucking in the belly, squeezing the bum pressing the hands into the ground and pointing the toes making myself as rigid and tall as possible. Was happy only completing 6 rounds and failing on round 7. In only5 months since my latest shoulder reconstruction and having 2 reconstructions in 7 months on the same shoulder I can't be to dissapointed.

Completed 21 full rounds of pull ups which I think is my best. Got only 8 in round 22- absolutely gassed. If you do the math it is 239 pull ups and 21 handstand pushups. Not bad for a day at the office.

Stay strong!
