So next day DOMS have kicked in... First time in a while but I guess 85 deadlifts at 120kg and 100 kettlebell snatches will do that to you. Thought about having the day off but thought a light hit out would do me well.

The RAW workout was 7 sets of 1 split jerk. Decided to do a fair bit if mobility work to ease out the soreness. Didn't go full throttle but still challenged my shoulder rehab!
