Today is a tough short WOD that demands respect. A thorough warm up was required to prepare the body nit just physically but also mentally. Warmed up for about 40mins and included handstand push ups, overhead squats, rowing double unders and squat therapy technique squats.

DC and I smashed out the session which was a real chest burner. Ended up pacing the WOD to ensure I didn't blow up.
