West Tigers Pre Season Strongman Training

NRL Team the West Tigers have taken part in tough pre-season strength training as they gear up for 2012. Dubbed the strongman challenge players took part in a number of challenges such as flipping a 300kg tyre in pairs over an 80 metre course.

Rx'd Workouts

So I want to take a moment, for some of our newer members, to explain what Rx'd means and how this affects your approach to workouts. Rx'd means completing the workout or exercise with the prescribed weight/reps/height/movements. That means you would complete the workout exactly as it is written on the whiteboard at the box. When completing a workout Rx'd it is not supposed to be super easy - otherwise the programming isn't spot on.
