CrossFit Travel and Holiday WODs

We are often asked the question, "What WODs can I do while on holiday?" With bodyweight movements being a big part of CrossFit, it's easy to continue your training while away, or at least hold on to your fitness so it's not such an effort when you get back.

Incorporating Gymnastics for Strength into Your CrossFit Training

"Gymnastics is never going to be as cool as ripping heavy deads and crushing backsquat PR’s, but you have to respect the level of strength these athletes display.  The value of incorporating gymnastics is huge.  Any efforts you put towards mastery of gymnastics movements will transfer to success in your fitness.  The strength benefits are obvious, but let’s not overlook the mobility implications..."
