If you watched the best athletes at the 2011 CrossFit Games you would have seen their very strict range of motion and form standards – this is what is expected in a CrossFit competition. But why just keep proper ROM and standards just for competition? Your training should always be like this – you should get used to performing legitimate work. You cannot judge your progress and performance properly.
