We've covered it before but Omega 3 fatty acids are the good guys, they reduce inflammation and balance out the heavily biased saturated and Omega 6 fats found in most normal diets. The best way to get more Omega 3s, and the number one supplement for the majority of CrossFitters (particularly in Sydney), is to supplement your diet with fish oil.
