* Last class before a small Christmas break is this Friday 23rd December. Full class schedule resumes Monday January 9th 2012. HOWEVER OPEN GYM WILL BE RUNNING AT 8am between the 27th DEC and 7th JAN. Please check the forum the day before the class to ensure the box will be open!!!*

 

So it's that time of year again, the Christmas season.. and all your hard work on your diet and training is likely to go out the window. It's all very well to let your hair down but don't totally destroy all the hardwork you've put in this year.

 

 

 

Firstly, don't be STUPID. Seriously, you know how to eat smart, I've hammered you with so many blogs on the Paleo diet, we've completed the 30 Day Paleo Challenge... you know what to do! Remember avoid excessively overloading on carbs, overload on meat instead, forget about low fat, remember fat is NOT the enemy, excessive caloric consumption is! Think about all those reports on how people gain about 2-5 kilos over the holidays - that is ridiculous!

 

If you do decide to drink alcohol, accept the consequences, it will destroy that day's work, however it's not the end of the World! Have a great night and get back on track the next day. Remember tequilla is a great Paleo alcoholic choice!! Remember, the holidays are more than just about food and alcohol!!
