As I have mentioned previously, there is a CrossFit life after the Open! There are some great events coming up - CrossFit and non-CrossFit related, which we would encourage you to become involved in. The CrossFit Champions League commencing on the 23rd April, is a global online CrossFit competition which puts participants into weight, age and gender categories, providing you with the opportunity to test yourself against similar "little guys" or "big guys."

The CrossFit Champions League will run from the 23rd April to 10th June, with one workout released per week over eight weeks. You must have all your workouts videoed for this competition, and uploaded to Youtube, it is not enough to perform them at an affiliate. The cost of participating in this event is $24.99, this is paid when you register on the Champions League Website. We have had a few people register for this event already, and would love a couple more!
