Deadlifts in CrossFit: What NOT to do!

People often tell me that anyone can deadlift, however I've seen enough crappy form and injuries to wonder how true that statement is!!
Remember these things when deadlifting:
* Stand with the bar above the centre of your feet.
* Shoulder blades directly over the bar.
* Bend through your knees until your shins hit the bar.
* Pull- keep the bar close to your body, roll it over your knees and thighs until your hips and knees are locked.
* Keep your back STRAIGHT. Do not round your back.
