A Few Simple Tips to Keep You on Track!

 

(1) Avoid gluten: one of the worst offenders in destroying our bodies! So stay away from the bread basket, check the menu (lots of restaurants now have GF options), don't be afraid to ask staff - it's your body after all ;)

(2) Choose high quality sources of protein: this shouldn't be too hard, make sure to include some sort of steak, chicken or fish in your meal!

 

(3) Stick to Water. All good, no bad - need I say more.

 

(4) Make substitutions - change a side of chips for a side of salad or veggies. Don't be afraid to make special requests - ask for meals without sauces or dressings, or make sure they're on the side.

 

(5) Really want something?? Have It!!! You only love once, so an occasional treat won't hurt you - .
