last time I performed this session I felt the worst I'd ever felt after ANY session. On paper looks easy. 4 exercises, not massive numbers and 3 minutes rest. Easy right???? Wrong! This session is tough

The 3 minutes rest is deceptive and it makes each interval harder as it means instead of slowing and lowering the intensity each interval is as close to flat out as possible.

Today I attempted to do each exercise not flat out but unbroken. I achieved this goal and my time was considerably faster than last time but the actual exercises were performed slower

3 min rest between rounds

time overall including rest breaks of 12min
