ON RAMP FUNDAMENTALS PROGRAM

The On Ramp Fundamentals program is exactly that, a program that is designed to take you through the initial stages of learning key CrossFit exercises. The program is NOT designed to get you fit. CrossFit is scaled to ALL fitness levels. The fundamentals program is designed to make you proficient, safe and confident in performing the technical aspects of most of the exercises you might come across in a WOD (workout of the day).

In each session you will be taught 3-4 specific exercises, provided with an instruction, demonstration and then given the opportunity to practice each exercise to a safe standard. This will be followed by a CrossFit styled session replicating and reinforcing those movements taught. The cost of each on ramp session is $50.

Upon completion of the program you are welcome to join normal classes.
