Harn'dup Challenge 2009 Results

What a blast!  Thank-you to all of the competitors, volunteers and spectators that made yesterday's 2009 Hard'nup Challenge a resounding success.


Full results for all competitors will be published this week, please stay tuned.  We will also be posting photos from the event.

The winners were:-

2009 Hard'nup Champion (overall winner)
Men - Peter Maxwell, 220kg Deadlift, 2.34 times bodyweight
Women - Emma Teede, 110kg Deadlift, 1.6 times bodyweight, (tied with Kylie Lindbeck, victory awarded by countback)

Winner workout #1
Men - Peter Maxwell & Michael Shaw, tied in 3.03 (reps completed unbroken!)
Women - Amanda Chalmers, 6.43

Winner workout #2
Men - Doug Armstrong, 13 rounds and 1 rep completed
Women - Emma Teede, 9 rounds completed
