So the move is occurring on Saturday and it would be greatly appreciated if a few of you could spare some time to come down at 745-8am on Saturday to load up the truck and get things moving. At the other end we shouldn't need heaps of people but if you do have a spare few hours any extra help will not go to waste.

At the new gym we are planning to have a goal board. The idea of this goal board to to remind yourself and to let everybody else be reminded of your goal/s. The goal board will be set up and it is your decision if you wish to write up a goal. Be it something like under 4min fran, 10 unbroken handstand push ups, 25 pull ups in a row. We will keep the board performance related trying to stay away from weight goals in kg's etc. We do not care what we weigh, we care about what we can do with what we weigh.

Remember when setting goals to set short, medium and long term goals. they should be challenging but also realistic. Do not set a goal to run 100m in 9.7 seconds. Unless you are some Jamacian sprinting freak you will not achieve it. By setting unrealistic goals you will only dishearten yourself.

The new place should bread results. We are looking to improve on EVERYONES weakness. So lets get together contribute to the board and kick some goals.
