Community Fitness

We are more than a gym, we are a community. This sense of community is unique; everyone knows one another, there are always people to assist and support, and we take on new adventures inside and outside of the gym.  Ultra Running events, HYROX, Local CrossFit competitions. Along with nights out of course!

The trainers at We Train Fitness Annangrove are elite fitness experts with a wealth of knowledge on both sides of the field. We pride ourselves on our standard of excellence, with programs that work, coaching that gives results, and feedback and support that actually help our valued clients.

GETTING STARTED

1 – Free Intro Session

Come and join us for a FREE INTRO SESSION where you will be able trial one of our classes. You will have the opportunity to ask questions, learn fundamental CrossFit movements AND our trainers can find out a bit about YOU – your goals and expectations. BOOKINGS ESSENTIAL.

2 – Fundamentals PT

If you enjoyed your Intro session and want to get started the next step is the FUNDAMENTALS  PT SESSION where you will cover all basic CrossFit movements and skills in an individual session. The Fundamentals session runs every week for 60min. BOOKINGS ESSENTIAL.

3 – Jump Into Classes

Our classes are for everyone regardless of age, ability or experience. Our trainers will assist you to scale workouts to make them appropriate for you. We have a range of specialty classes including: CrossFit, HIIT, EMOM, Barbell, Kids and Teens. All our sessions run for 60 minutes.
