due to the poor weather today I didn't end up travelling up the coast. Thought it was silly to drive in these conditions do chose to stay home do some programming and smash out the scheduled programmed workout.
Was pretty pumped for the session and went through a long relaxed warm up and was ready to go. 24jg kettlebells and a single one to do the pull ups with.
This was not an enjoyable workout. It took an eternity. I lost motivation, back was sore and just put in a garbage performance. Need a rest tomorrow to get the fire back.
