Squat snatchs or the full squat has never been my strong point. More so since a second shoulder reconstruction 2 months ago. Today was going to be physically and mentally challenging. Not for difficulty but more just confidence. I slept poorly last night and left my workout till the end of the day. Warmed up the shoulder for nearly 1 hour before hand. Tore off a massive calus on the set up 15 pull ups.
