Saturday 11th was a strongman day at norwest with Pete from Rock solid gym in Wollongong bringing up some strongman toys and putting together a bit of a strongman training program for us novices.

Lifts-

Log clean and press best lift 105kg

axle clean and jerk 110kg

a few tyre flips

Heaviest stone at 147kg over 1.3m yoke


Monday 13th June

5RM back squat 180kg

2RM floor press 135kg

90kg tyre toss 25m sprint 10 rounds
