This weekend will see athletes from Crossfit Norwest partaking in two competitions; the Crossfit Brookvale Games Day and the Rock Solid Strongman Competition.   

The Crossfit Brookvale 1st Birthday Games Day will run from 8am-4pm this Sunday, with registration at 7:30am. Maddy, Nic, Al & Matty B will be competing for Norwest, Maddy in the intermediate category, Nic in the novice category, and Al and Matty in the advanced category.  

Rich, Jimmy, Sion, Blocka and Rob will be competing in the Rock Solid Strongman Competition at Unanderra, this Sunday from 10am. Jimmy and Sion will be in the under 80kg category with Rich, Blocka and Rob in the under 105kg category. Events will include crossfit style strongman medley events; viking press, keg carry, tyre flip, atlas stone lifts etc.

Norwest wishes these athletes all the best, I'm sure they will kill it!!
