Crossfit Norwest uses individualised program design, nutritional prescription and life management strategies to enhance YOUR personal performance. Each person has a unique situation, which must be reflected in a customised prescription to achieve their goals in a shorter period of time.

For some, this may be for sport specific/performance enhancement, for others the goal may be sustained energy and fat loss, and for others, the goal may be related to job performance, and/or life long health.

WHY NORWEST?

Head Trainer, Redbull has developed an extensive knowledge through a combination of practical experience and theoretical education. He has played Rugby league at a professional level, competed in ironman triathlons, ultra endurance running events, and is ranked amongst the fittest in the world in the CrossFit Games - The Ultimate Test of Fitness.
