So last Marty B came around and I bought a cable to watch the lap top on the telly. With the lap top comes CrossFit videos. I wasn't happy with what I had programmed originally so with a few little ideas from some videos I changed the workout this morning at 5am.

This mornings work out I tried to upscale a little. Today I wore a 10kg vest and gas mask for the entire duration of the WOD

10 clean and jerk (ground to overhead) 70kg
20 burpees
30 kettle bell swings 32kg
1.6km
30 kettlebell swings 32kg
20 burpees
10 clean and jerk (ground to overhead) 70kg

*with a 10kg vest and gas mask

time= 18min 25
