Wednesday:
Walk/hike 90min

* Performed this in the AM fasted. Bit boring. Just walked the streets and it it was pooring down rain. Actually the walk wasn't that bad it was just the weather that was bad. Finished it off with a half hour of PNF stretching. At lunch also did another 45min PNF. Had physio and dry needling at 3pm and PNF stretched at 5pm. I am finally getting a little more flexible.
