?CrossFit Norwest is sending a team to the USA for the WORLD finals of the CrossFit Games. CrossFit Norwest competed at the Australasian Regionals in May 2010 held at Randwick Race course and earned a spot in the finals to be held at Carson Los Angeles in July 2010
The team is made up of ordinary people who have extraordinary talent. We have 6 members competing for the right to call themselves the fittest individuals in the world. Three of the members have a family that they are raising with a total of seven kids between them which means leaving home and work for 2 weeks is a major strain.
CrossFit Norwest is organising a tipping competition for the Football (Soccer) World Cup in 2010 South Africa to help raise funds for their trip
The Cost to get involved is $30 per entrant with a number of prizes given away at the completion of the competition. Pending the number of entries first prize is $700 CASH!
