Community Fitness

We are more than a gym, we are a community. This sense of community in CrossFit is unique; everyone knows one another, there are always people to assist and support, and we take on new adventures inside and outside of the gym.

COVID SAFE

Our facility is COVID safe – all our staff have completed government certification and our gym uses COVID safe protocols including mandatory bookings, temperature checks, professional cleaning and assigned workout spaces.

High Intensity

Our classes are 60 minutes long designed to increase skill, strength and fitness.

GETTING STARTED

1 – Free Intro Session

Come and join us for a FREE INTRO SESSION where you will be able to do your first CrossFit session in a small group (2-5 people). You will have the opportunity to ask questions, learn fundamental CrossFit movements AND our trainers can find out a bit about YOU – your goals and expectations. In addition, you will also be able to see a regular class in action without being thrown in the deep end. BOOKINGS ESSENTIAL.

2 – Fundamentals Course

If you enjoyed your Intro session and want to get started the next step is the FUNDAMENTALS SESSION where you will cover all basic CrossFit movements and skills in an individual or paired session. The Fundamentals session runs every week for 60min. BOOKINGS ESSENTIAL.

3 – Jump Into Classes

Our classes are for everyone regardless of age, ability or experience. Our trainers will assist you to scale workouts to make them appropriate for you. We have a range of specialty classes including: Base (CrossFit), Aesthetics, HIIT, EMOM, Barbell, Kids, Teens and Ladies. All our sessions run for 60 minutes.
