Get started with our CrossFit Beginners Course! If you enjoyed your Intro session and want to get started the next step is the FUNDAMENTALS COURSE where you will cover all basic CrossFit movements and skills in a SMALL GROUP ENVIRONMENT. The Fundamentals course runs every week for three sessions – see specific gym times below OR if these times don’t suit you can FASTRACK your fundamentals in three one on one sessions for the same price.
Each fundamentals session includes a warm-up, skill instruction and a workout, as well as email guidance regarding training, nutrition and weight loss/gain.
The cost is $150 for adults, $120 for students or $250 for couples. On completion of this course you will have the skills and knowledge to participate in normal classes confidently and safely. BOOKINGS ESSENTIAL.
