Jessica Coughlan is now writing our gymnastics weakness program, and also writing individual gymnastics programs for RAW athletes. Jessica has a background as a high level gymnast and as a gymnastics coach where she has coached beginners to elite level athletes. If you have seen her compete in any CrossFit competitions or fitness events you will know that Jessica’s gymnastics and body weight skills are among the best. Jessica has never finished outside of the top ten at the CrossFit Regionals, and continues to work hard to gain a place at the Games. Aside from all this Jessica has a background as a teacher and has the ability to effectively communicate and provide feedback to our clients.
