The RAW Lifestyle program is NOT for the competition based CrossFitter or Adventure racing guru. This program is smartly laid out (for your day to day time constraints) and periodised to optimise your well being. The program builds strength, power and agility whilst increasing our capacity, muscle mass and reducing our body fat. This program is a must for those who want something to follow for themselves either for the garage, commercial or CrossFit gym. The RAW Lifestyle Program typically comprises of 4-5 60min sessions per week. Training sessions are delivered online with ongoing, constant feedback from our coaches.
