

The original RAW online program is a three tiered programming system offering a comprehensive balance of strength, skill and conditioning to enable you to succeed in your chosen field. (1) Novice, (2) Open and (3) Regionals and (4) Masters. An individual is usually categorised based on their training age/history, ability level and goals. These categories are programmed in a way to ensure the athlete progresses through the different streams to ultimately become the best athlete they can be.
The RAW Strength and Conditioning CrossFit Open program is for those athletes who treat CrossFit as their sport – whether they want to succeed in the Open, local competitions or within their affiliate, this program is designed to maximize the athlete’s potential of achieving their goals. These athletes have been training CrossFit for some time and have a grasp of basic movements, with a reasonable strength and conditioning base. This program covers all aspects of strength, skill and conditioning and is periodised to suit the CrossFit Games season. Throughout the year the aim is to make these athletes efficient in all movements which appear in the CrossFit Open whilst also achieving a solid strength base, towards the end of the year there is an increased conditioning bias to prepare for the Open season.
