ABOUT US

We Train Fitness formerly CrossFit Norwest has been operating in the Hills District since 2008. Apart from group strength and conditioning, barbell, aesthetics and fitness classes we provide many other fitness-based and community activities for our members. These activities include: Diet challenges, Team sessions, Kids Fitness, Sports specific Programs/Camps, Olympic weightlifting, HYROX, Ultra marathon, OCR/Spartan and Indoor/outdoor Fitness Training.
